M365 Mailbox Setup – Microsoft Outlook App on Apple (iOS) devices

If the Microsoft Outlook app isn’t installed on your Apple mobile device, this can be downloaded from the Apple Store.  Simply search for Microsoft Outlook, and then select to install the Outlook app.  Alternatively, please click on the below image or click HERE from a web browser such as Chrome on your mobile device.

If your mailbox has already been added to another email app on your device, we recommend that this is now removed to avoid confusion.  This will mean that you will access your company emails, calendar and tasks via Microsoft Outlook only.

Once the Microsoft Outlook app has been installed, simply follow the below steps to add your company mailbox.

Open the Outlook app and tap Get Started.

Enter your email address and password, and then tap Sign in.

Note:  If your email address has been registered as both a Personal and Work or school account with Microsoft, you will be prompted to select which account.  Please select Work or school account when prompted.

Optionally, you can add more accounts, or tap Skip.

After swiping through the guided tour, you should see your emails, calendar, and contacts now appearing in the Outlook mobile app.
