We have seen a fluctuation of users on our 21CN platform. A large number of users were disconnected, however customers appear to be reconnecting automatically. On rare occasions customers may experience what is known as a "stale session". In this situation customers should power down their equipment for 30 minutes to allow the session to time out before attempting to connect again.
