Load balancing is required to redistribute customers across our gateways. Some customers may experience a brief disconnection due to this, however they should reconnect immediately.
On rare occasions customers may experience what is known as a "stale session". In this situation customers should power down their equipment for 30 minutes to allow the session to time out before attempting to connect again.
