After yesterday outage we are seeing a number of customers with stale sessions. I can confirm that the outage has been resolved but if you are unable browse or have problems connecting to the internet, please power down your router for at least 30 minutes. If after 30 minutes you still experiencing the same problem please contact our support team. Please accept our apologies for any inconvenience caused.

The service outage has now been resolved. If your service has not reconnected please power down your router for a minimum of 30 minutes before attempting to reconnect. If you are still experiencing difficulties connecting to your Broadband service please contact Technical support for further assistance. Please accept our apologies for the disruption in service.
