Please be advised that we will be carrying out essential maintenance on our core network from midnight tonight until approx. 5am on the 4th of February 2011. During this work most customers will lose internet connectivity. Due to the nature of the work we strongly suggest that you power down your modem/router overnight to avoid any stale sessions causing connectivity issues after the work has been completed. If you are unable to get a connection after the work has completed please power down your modem/router for at least 30 minutes and then retry to connect, before contacting Technical Support.
