UPDATE

The issue is related to our email storage platform, provided by a third party vendor. We are sorry for the disruption and are working around the clock for a permanent solution. Your mailbox will continue to send and receive email as normal, this issue only affects your connectivity to the mailbox. UPDATE

We will be conducting essential maintenance on our email platform. This will result in a small number of our customers being unable to connect to their mailboxes while this work is carried out.

Your mailbox will continue to send and receive email as normal, this issue only affects your connectivity to the mailbox.

UPDATE

Email access has been restored for the majority of our customers. We are currently migrating all remaining customers affected by this issue to a new storage platform and mailboxes will become accessible as soon as they have been migrated. This action is likely to result in a much improved service for the majority of affected customers.

As of 19:00 hours all mail service has been restored. We apologise for any inconvenience.

* We are continuing to work with our 3rd party storage vendor to diagnose the precise cause of the issues and deliver a permanent resolution.
* We are continuing to migrate existing domain names from our storage platform to our contingency email platform.

A proportion of our customers currently have no connectivity to their email via POP3 or IMAP. The webmail service is also unavailable. No emails will be lost as a result of this issue.

We apologise again for any impact this may have had on you or your business, and are working hard to resolve the matter as soon as possible.
