We have been getting alerts from customers that inbound email appears to be bouncing with the error Relaying Denied. I have logged a request with Exchange Defender and will update as soon as we get any further information.

We can only confirm at this stage that Exchange Defender are working on the issue and the problem still remains.

We have confirmation that all of the Exchange Defender support team are working on this issue, including the CEO. Hopefully we will have a speedy resolution.

We have been told by Exchange Defender that they believe the issue has been resolved and are asking people to check. If you are still having an issue please let us know.

We are not getting any reports of any further issues and therefore we can assume this problems has been resolved.
