Third party system failure (BT Wholesale and Tiscali)
BT are currently experiencing an issue with a number of their applications including their phone system.
Advice to affected users
BT Wholesale are currently experiencing a problem with their systems. This is intermittently affecting the ability to run diagnostics, book faults, place orders or book engineer visits. We also have no visibility of the progress of existing orders as a consequence of this outage.
We have had reports that this is also impacting Tiscali ordering and visibility of existing order progress.
Because the outage is also affecting BT’s phone system we are unable to manually request updates by phone on your behalf.
BT are working to resolve the problems as their highest priority.
