Customers using BT Internet connections may currently be experiencing issues connecting to websites and email on both the Shared and Dedicated/VPS platforms.
We are investigating this as a priority and will provide more information as it becomes available.

Our network team are in consultations with BT engineers. Early signs indicate that this issue originates on BT’s network, but we will continue to investigate and provide updates when further information becomes available.
