We are getting alerts that a number of our customer across the south east have lost their connection to the BT Broadband network.
We are waiting to here as to what the issue is and will update this post as soon as we know.

Still no news from BT but all our BT customers have been notified. It appears to be a widespread issue.

BT have announced that the current issue is due to a power issue. Some customers are reporting that their lines are now reconnecting but at very slow speeds.

BT have confirmed that the issues is due to power issues at the Exchange in Birmingham and is effecting the whole of the UK.

BT are reporting that power has been restored to the Birmingham exchange and are working to reconnect all the effected customers. You may need to restart your routers.
