Following the service outage yesterday, Blackberry have announced that there are still some areas that are experiencing messaging delays and impaired browsing.
This will be effecting some users in Europe, the Middle East and Africa, India, Brazil, Chile, and Argentina.
The latest we have is that they are working to restore normal service as quickly as possible.

Message delays were caused by a core switch failure in RIM’s infrastructure. Now being resolved.

Many customers are still experiencing service problems. Blackberry are working on this issue night and day to restore all Blackberry services to normal levels.

From 6am BST today, all services across Europe, the Middle East and Africa, as well as India, have been operating with significant improvement. RIM will be continuing to monitor the situation 24×7 to ensure on-going stability.
