Griffin Internet – Power Issues in London

Synopsis

We are currently experiencing a power related problem in our London 2 data centre.  This is affecting all connectivity.

Affecting

All end user sessions.  We are seeing sessions redeploying to the resilient part of our network, however due to the volume of traffic, authentication may be delayed.  A session balance may be required to ensure resumption of normal service which may cause a further drop in connection however further information will be provided before this is carried out.

Advice to affected users

Your customer’s should be advised to reboot their routers however their session should automatically redeploy.  We are investigating the root cause and more information will be made available once obtained.

If problems persist, please switch off your router or modem for 10 minutes and switch back on again. If this does not resolve the issue, please contact our Partner support department between 0800 and 2000hrs Monday to Friday and 0900 and 1700hrs Saturday and Sunday on 01332 646 666 or email partner.support@griffin.com.

We apologise for any inconvenience caused and thank you for your patience.
